The Sisterhood of The Outdoors Announces Amy Ray joins Freedom Hunters Advisory Board

The Sisterhood of The Outdoors™, a woman- company offering guided hunting and fishing trips to women all over the U.S., today announced owner Amy Ray has joined the advisory board of Freedom Hunters. Freedom Hunters is an organization taking our military community on outdoor adventures. Freedom Hunters is a 501(c)3 military outreach program dedicated to honoring those who protect our Freedoms. The mission is to salute the noble work of our courageous men and women of our Armed Forces. Freedom Hunters reflects the outdoor community’s appreciation for our troops by taking select active duty and combat veterans, families of fallen heroes, children of the deployed, as well as those wounded or injured, on outdoor adventures.
“The Sisterhood of the Outdoors specializes in taking new and experienced hunters on dynamic hunts all over the U.S.,” said Ray, “We are proud to partner with Freedom Hunters to offer our servicewomen, Gold Star wives and daughters of fallen heroes opportunities to hunt with The Sisterhood of The Outdoors. We have the ability to contribute by partnering with our outfitters to offer hunts in partnership with Freedom Hunters and to have our expert staff and guides help with any of the Freedom Hunters trips when needed.” As a member of the advisory board Amy will participate in developing partnership and creating opportunities for these special families to go outdoors.
“The Sisterhood of the Outdoors provides more than a guided hunt designed for women, we create an experience for them. One that ignites a lifelong flame and encourages confidence,” Ray added. A perfect fit for our special servicewomen and Gold Star families. “Joining Freedom Hunters Advisory board is very special, I want to give back to those who protect our freedom and I can’t think of a better way to enjoy the outdoors than to share it with these special women.”
